Although I am not an editor or something like that who can give you permission but yes I can guide you through this site. I had also joined this site a month ago and I was told to first go through forums and ask expert section. Try to post responses to the thread of your interest and you can also raise a new thread on some interesting topics. Provide solution to some of the queries in the ask expert section and then write some good articles.
With time you will get permission to post in some other section where new members are restricted.
