How to know which site has gained the maximum views

As bloggers and online writers, we all are chasing the height of gaining more and more viewership. We try our best to spread our name, get more viewers drawn to our site, page or article. We try to follow all the rules that have proved to be the key to attract viewers and readers. Today when everything on the internet gets its count based on statistical reports, I am curious to know, if there is any site or app that records which site has gained the maximum popularity in a given time frame, say, in the last week, month, a year or so.
As we bloggers here are concerned with SEO and our earnings depend upon the number of visits to our page, it is important for us to know how things are going on the higher strata, and who got the highest rank in the recent days. I am looking for some similar information like we get to know the statistical report in Techulator itself.
I request all our fellow members to join the discussion and share their knowledge on this. I think the discussion would be quite helpful for all of us and we can get to see some model sites who are doing the best these days.

Well, I am not sure if it can work or perhaps you know about it and looking for something else. I think Statscounter is one of the sites which keeps a close eye on the visitor activity and page views that your site receives in a day, a week and a year, once you register your site there.
You can track every single detail of your site and blog along with visitors location, page views, google rank etc.

No Gaurav, that was not exactly what I was asking for. I was looking for a website/app/tool that gives us the news or information, that which website has reached the threshold of maximum number of viewers. Like in YouTube we come to know, which ones have gone viral. But even there we do not get a statistics telling which one has topped in popularity.

In general, each websites or tools (Google Algorithms [they don't reveal], Alexa, Moz etc.) have their own set of parameters and metrics as per their business requirement. Some of them like PA (page authority), DA (domain authority) etc. were once matching against few reputed search engine but later they were changed against them as you can see 'unconfirmed' stats.

These stats (DA / PA etc.) might helpful to know where our blog stats is just to improve further. Their parameters or metrics to analyze the exact stats may or may not match with each others' (competitor) tools. There is no such tool at present which can exactly define millions of new and old websites data in just one platform to give the perfect result as you are looking for.

Also, it can't be undone, it can be done if a big IT firm tried it but the other competitors company will come for this later or the major search engine can again change their hundreds of parameters differently to match their own business standard to result than the new stated one, or they can buy the tools if it is really going well. It is also not possible to automated the entire system for such a huge database of millions or zillions of websites and their webpages to monitor, check, compare and show the perfect result of top 10 or 100 or 500 etc. every 24 hours or a week.

    Regards,
