Restriction is generally due to reasons like posting copied articles. You can see the reasons mentioned for rejected articles in notes made by editor.

Generally there are a few reasons for restriction for submission of articles-
1. If the content is copied from other sites. Now a days there are applications which can find it very quickly so we should refrain from such activity.
2. If the article is of poor quality and not having sufficient content and not presentable.
3. If the article is too short like a precis or it is too long with repetitive materials.
