Nokia and BlackBerry Comeback - Will the resolve exhibit itself in the sales?

Nokia has been making headways these days. ITs new devices running on Android have been slated for a release soon. Will the hoopla around the revival of the companies manifest itself in the number of handsets they will be able to sell?
Both Nokia and BlackBerry were the brands that crated the mobile industry as it stands today. Once considered to be pioneers in different concepts, both of them could not stand the test of time and more importantly, the onslaught by Android. Now, they have embraced Android, but isn't it too late?
Yes, people are nostalgic about these two brands. They were the devices that they used as their first mobile phones. Nostalgia can definitely a deciding factor. We just hope that the new avatars of the brands have the word quality in them as well.
What are your views? Will they be able to topple the big names? With a lot of new brands like Xiaomi, Vivo and Gionee ruling the roost, will the great devices from the past years bounce back? Share your views.

Nokia and Blackberry can crack others at anytime as they also releasing some of the finest gadgets these days to compete the market. We can't predict the consumers and the trends how they can change at anytime, so, there is a wide opportunity for everyone in the race.

Some popular gadget brand stayed just for few years but they are not even in the race right now. However, Nokia and Blackberry brands are still in people's mind, so, chances are there to comeback as long as they can upgrade themselves based on the time and trend for the particular device and segment.

Just very few years back no one knows about Xiaomi, Coolpad, OnePlus, Oppo, Vivo brands etc. compare to top listed brands but these are chasing well against them. So, Nokia and Blackberry were same once and now can comeback too once they meet the end users' choice 'on-time'.

The main thing is to cope up with the customers demand to stay in the market for a long time. If Nokia and Blackberry had understand this then they can surely comeback again to the same position where they had left there business. Nokia is presenting Nokia 6 which has quite impressing features along with the latest updates. Nokia 6 is an Android device and it is packed with Octa Core processor, 3 GB RAM. 5.5 inch display, 3000 mAh battery and also priced at a justified price of Rs 14,9999 so it has the chances to hold the market again. Nokia will have to launch more Android phones to hold the market again.

If Nokia wants to find its comeback being fruitful, it needs to look at the mood of the consumers at large. Unlike the days when Nokia ruled the roost, things have completely changed now with the Chinese players offering high end standards at a lower pricing. I d o not think Nokia's pricing strategy matches them. A Snapdragon 430 processor does not warrant a price tag of Rs. 14000. They should have priced it a little low if they really wanted to hold on to the market

Yeah, I agree with what Timmappa had said about the pricing. Right now in the market then new brands like Oppo, Xiaomi, Vivo etc are providing much cheaper phones with the best available features of the market .To hold on the market firmly Nokia must have to launch more phones with some low price tag and good features. If Nokia can understand the mood of the recent customers then I'm sure that it'll not be tough to get a good position in the current market.
