    Regarding My AE response

    This has been a great loss to me without getting alerts for the status of my contributions. Recently I checked my recent posts in the Ask Expert section and surprisingly I found a answer approved but not visible and even no points or money credited to it. This has really depressed me because it takes a lot of time to contribute with all our effort and this is what I got as a result. The so discussed AE response is given below :

    Latest Smartphones to Buy

    I would like to request the webmaster to please review this and will also request the editors to please do a better checking.

    Aman,
    Edit the post and add the prices of the smartphones you have listed in your response.
    Presently it is in Pending not in Approved state.
    Once you update the details it will be reviewed again.

    But I haven't got any information about its Pending state nor it is displayed on the content. Anyways thanks a lot Ankit for your quick response to this thread. I am going to edit it right now.

    As it has been discussed in the past, the alert system seems to have some issues. We, the editors have been following it up with the team since long. You are requested to check your responses from time to time and let the concdrned editors know of any issues through the forum threads - just like the way you have done right now.
    Please note that the editors have been doing their job in a perfect manner. It is just glitch that has affected the site after the recent update. It may take a while for it to get solved.

    The problem has already been solved out Timmappa Kamat. I have successfully resubmitted my AE response with the required editing of adding the price of each smartphone. Now just waiting for the editors to review it.

    No issues. Your response will soon be reviewed by the assigned editors. However, keep track of all your AE responses to check the status manually. Alerts about the review status are not working in some cases. We request you to bear with us till the bug is fixed.

    Nothing serious in that Timmappa Kamat, I am not able to get much time to contribute here nowadays and specially in the Ask Expert section. I am already checking the status manually. I hope the bug will be fixed very soon and for now I would like to request the webmaster to close this thread for unnecessary elongation.
