Team Drive can be used by the team members working on a same project. This would give the admins a fair idea of the work in progress. They would be able to keep an eye on every communication being handled on the drive. An enterprise can have multiple team drives depending upon the number of the projects they have been working on. The admins can add a number of members to a particular drive.
