Forum - I have always maintained - works as a lifeline of the site. It is a place where all of us have an informal sort of chat. We share our joys, complaints and views alike. Being a regular winner of the section makes me quite happy.
Thank you Hafeez for making that announcement, which in a way was much needed as I needed some sort of push on my back to continue working with the same zeal I have been on the site.
Congratulations to co winner Anwesha for believing on what I stated above about the forum section and staying active in the section.

Congratulations Timmappa for winning this award once more and keeping the site lively and buzzing with useful, enlightening and interesting discussions. This time there were a lot of things happening in the tech world, and I hope we've brought all those current topics live in our site and expressed our opinions on them.
Hope to see more members joining in so, that we don't miss out the third winner henceforth. The new year is coming soon and more changes are in the corner to take place in the world of technology. Hope we would be able to share all of them and have a brainstorming session in this section this time.
We can even conduct one or two debates which in my opinion could be an interesting activity for the Forum section. What do you say?

Debates, or group discussions can be a great way to promote the forum section in a better way. The only obstacle in that direction is the lack of active members on this site. I would just hope to see more members coming up on the site so that it will flourish once again like it used to around two years ago.
Tech sites and tech topics are actually not everyone's cup of tea and that could be one of the reasons why we have not many members being active here. We may need to introduce some innovative ideas to attract more members.

As you rightly said, the subject technology needs indeed a technical expertise to talk about.
But what if we invite the common sense approach to this field, and try to mingle everyday issues, imagination and creative ideas into the discussion?
Finally we all know that necessity is the mother of invention, so here can't we discuss how technology can help us out in the current scenario?
Please share your thoughts.

Well, that can be done. Bringing up technology in relation to everyday matters is the need of the hour as it would educate the general public whether they are tech savvy, or not about the use of technology for the betterment of the lifestyle. Even in that case, as long as this particular site is concerned, the major concern remains to be the need for a good deal of members.
I, on my part, have sent a couple of emails to a few past members requesting them to come back on the site. It could be possible that a few members here have been into their own blogs and as such may not find time to contribute here. Even then, they can be convinced to have at least a sporadic contribution here.

Congrats Timmappa and Anwesha for both of yours contribution in TEC. I have seen most of your posts in forum section. You both were contributing lot with valuable contents. It was more helpful for me and for all. I hope this should be continued in future. I would like to reach in this list next time by seeing you both. Surely I would work for that.

Thanks Anwesha for your encouraging words. Hope surely one day I will be in the list. I'm trying to give my level best in the TEC. I need all the other members also should start contributing in TEC. In past I have seen lots of members were so active in this site. I really feel TEC was so traffic at once. I'm trying that should be back now. Also your work should be continued.
