If you're already working as an analyst then continue with it. Also you're learning automation with QTP then that is another advantage. You can appear for SDET exams or the campus offers. You can find Microsoft, amazon and others offering you such opportunities. However if you have not found much of the opportunities in testing then you may want to switch the domains.

Data science is in demand lately. And if you can manage the new learning curve then that is one good option in front of you. It'd be good if you try to learn R, Python and Informatica. There are few other data science tools that are also in demand. You'd definitely benefit from learning those. You being in hyderabad is definitely your advantage. As there are many data science companies which can recruit you.

SAP is one more course which you can pursue and get job in MNC. Doing certification definitely helps. And you need to take certification and referral options seriously. Hope this helps in setting direction for your new career. All the best.
