Most of the help pages would answer common questions that you have. However in case if you have any questions, I'd say ask them in forums or the ask the experts section.
You can write content in terms of articles for this site and make money. Depending on quality of the content you'd get paid. You can go through the earlier articles to see the category under which you can write.
Another section is "Ask Experts" Section. This section too pays for the quality contribution. You can ask question and after specific period, you'd get bonus for asking questions too.
