How to notify editors about errors ?

The question was on migration but there is also another one about "I also want to know which Hosting provider is good.", as fellow members already answered the question about migration, so I have answered the hosting provider question.
But to my surprise, the status of the post was sent to pending and the reason was please stay on topic. So I want to know ways to inform editors about it rather than posting here in forum.
