Problem with Check Traffic unresolved

Webmasters,
I had posted a thread earlier this year, reporting about the Check Traffic feature. Please refer: Check traffic feature feedback. May I know whether this has been fixed? How can we check our AE threads to claim the reward for 1000 visits if this feature is not working properly? Do we look only at the Stats showing on the 'Last 1 Year' page since the Stats on the 'All Time' page is not showing the true picture? Please clarify and update us on how to know the right stats.
