New Contests according to users level

Recently, I was just surfing among Forum question and encountered a thread by our respected editors. It was all about those old days where people were curious about Techulator. While writing reply to the thread, an idea struck to my mind. Many members of Techualtor are just giving up just by saying, "There are many professional writers on this website, we can't win from them".
To solve this matter I want to suggest to Webmaster and members of team as well that they should start a rank wise contest on Techulator. It should be based on ranking where price money differs. For example, Newbies who are new to Techulator must get chance to participate in article writing contest at their level with low price money whereas rewards must be increased as per the rank. There must be competition among 1-20 Rankers with good amount of rewards and prize money.

This is just a suggestion to Webmaster and to contribute in the website. All further decision about accepting or not expecting my proposal are in the hands of Mr. Webmaster.

The very idea of attracting more newbies to the site was really appreciable. And whether or not this particular plan gets executed, something definitely has to be done about it.
And it was a great idea of having a different type of contest other than the usual ones. Encouraging newbies is important, and I think nothing could be better than this for boosting up their confidence level.

Another idea which myself, Vandana also feel for along time, that there should be some award based on producing quality content, the same can be done for the entry level newbies too. The award amount comes secondary, but a recognition is what every writer is looking for.

That would be a great initiative to motivate new budding writers. Besides going them a platform to work out their way to become prolific authors, it would also let them work at their own level without having to compete with the more expert writers.
I just hope webmasters will soon devise a way to make this initiative a reality on Techulator.
