Why my article is indexed without approval.

I wrote an article on Google Nexus 6P with proper keywords but it was not approved. Without giving credit or even asking, why the article is indexed.

    Joy,
When you publish an article on TEC and choose "Article is ready to publish" option it is open to search engines immediately. This is done so that you don't lose out on AdSense revenue due to editing delay.

What do you feel is illegal here?

According to your Terms & Conditions. We write article on your website and in exchange of that we get credits. But if the article is not approved by your community standards then we own the copyright of the article. I was not awarded and it was asked to edit the article but I don't want to do this because I was fedup of this. So I wrote this article on my blog.

P.S. :- Once before my article was rejected. One of your editor told It can't be used on this site, you can use it anywhere else.

I want to sincerely request you to remove my both the articles and pay me half of the amount you earned from these two articles otherwise I am going to file a DMCA complaint against you.

I enquired about this issue from DMCA official website and I am a victim of property theft. According to them, your adsense account will be banned and both the articles will be deleted from the Google results. A copy of the complaint will be sent to your hosting as well which may result in termination for your hosting. No hosting accepts copyright violations and property theft.

I hope this matter get solved very soon. And as the member is requesting Mr. Tony John to do a response to this thread, I hope he also spare some time to reply to this thread as soon as possible. And I also wish that articles should not be deleted rather the member should be told about his/her mistakes and the correction of them. What if it takes a little time, it will surely benefit the site by encouraging the member and by making the member learned something new. Also this will be for a short period of time as after that the member will be much comfortable to write good articles. I again hope that Mr. Tony John reply to this thread soon.
    Regards,
    Aman

I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.

    Hi Joy,
Please read the T&Cs properly before going into an overdrive and make empty threats.

    http://www.techulator.com/general/TermsOfUse.aspx
"The articles, tutorials, projects and other content published on this site will become the property of the site."
"However once published article or code may not be removed from the site by the author."

As the content was first published on TEC by your own free will and you still have edit access to the article there is no question of TEC doing anything illegal. The timestamp will prove the original hosting website and your DMCA will actually be rejected due to this.

As I already told you, once a content is published it is automatically made visible for the search engines to be indexed so that authors start earning from AdSense as soon as the content is published. This way your earnings are not blocked even if there is editing delay from our side.

Even now, if you don't want your content to be visible on TEC, all you have to do is to use the "Edit" button and put the article back into "drafts" by selecting the "Not ready to publish yet" option. This will make it noindex for the search engines as well as for anyone except you and the admins of TEC. You can also delete all the content in that article after using the "Edit" button.

If you don't have your own AdSense account then TEC would show advertisements from its own account. I doubt if they have earned anything yet but in any case there is no question of paying you for articles that you are not interested to keep here. Though you are no longer interested in keeping the articles here, TEC will have to pay the editors you have already done more than one round of editing on the articles.

I am deleting both of your articles. However, it will take time before they get deindexed from the search engines which is not in our hands.

Joy Joon, you mentioned that you got "fed up" when you were instructed to edit your article. Do note that getting fed up is not the solution. If you have a genuine interest in submitting posts here, naturally you do need to follow guidelines and follow an editor's instructions. However, from the manner in which you have posted this thread & the responses therein, it does seem that you are wishing to make an exit from TEC.
    Regards,
    Vandana

And an exit with such arrogance will not affect Techulator in any way. We are just complimenting each other - we contribute to the site so it will.earn revenue and the site pays us in recognition of our efforts. Please note that we, as the members are not doing any favour to the site. Using the kind of language as " pay me the revenue you have earned" does not suit a good member.

I want to apologize to all the editors and webmaster as well for my offensive talk. I understood about the Privacy Policy of Techulator. As my requests were fulfilled please close this thread.
