    Error while Submitting Answer to Ask Expert Question

    When am trying to answer question in Ask Expert, it is displaying message of Restricted access

    " You have one or more posts waiting for you to edit and resubmit after correcting the mistakes. Please look for posts with the status 'Pending' and re submit them after carefully correcting all mistakes. If you resubmit without correcting mistakes, the post may be rejected. "

    If there are any posts to edit,where should I edit. I tried looking in My recent posts, Alerts but couldn't finding any. But when I checked Nothing is there in it. Please Help me to solve this issue.

    That means you have more than five responses in the AE section that have been moved to pending status. You need to correct the errors and then resubmit the responses. Only then will you be able to respond to new questions.

    Go to Ask Experts section and click on "My responses". You will find your responses listed one by one. Those greyed out are the responses sent into pending status. Check each of them and correct the errors.

    This is a kind of rule automatically acts when your more than five responses in the Ask Expert (AE) section have been moved to the pending status. You could correct those grey colored Pending answers by following those steps mentioned above to reach to them so as to again able to post more answers to different questions in the AE section. Hope you got your answer, and will soon come up with more and more answers to our Ask Expert (AE) section.

    You cannot delete your own responses. Why would you want to delete your response rather than correcting it?

    You can let us know which response would you want to delete. Let us see what can be done.

    For this question, I gave my response. In my response, I gave the other possibilities of earning Cash, as I don't know about Paytm cash. I thought it would be helpful.

    But this response was sent to pending and the reason is stick to the question. So I want to delete my response.

    Well, Pranay, things like Paytm and other stuff are purely based on particular information, there is no scope for any other reference.

    For example, if you have an airtel prepaid connection and you want to recharge it, can any other card other than airtel meet your purpose? That is the reason, why I had to send your answer to the pending status.

    Now, you can search Google and find the relevant information, collect and frame your answer and re-submit it.

    I would like to differ here about what the other editors are saying. See the text in the query, where it says "please suggest some genuine apps that provide free recharge or Paytm Wallet cash". Here, the crucial word is 'or'. So if Pranay is essentially giving information on the free recharge part of the sentence, I do think his answer is valid and should be reviewed accordingly. I suggest consulting the Webmasters separately on this to take a final call.
