    Referral bonus issue: A friend forgot to use my link

    Hello,
    I have a query about the referral system. I recommended this site to a friend and he joined it using his email account but forgot to use my referral link. Now that I reminded him of it, he can't find another way to put my name as a referrer. Is it possible for the webmasters to manually add my name and provide me the credit? My friend can confirm it if needed.

    Well, I do not think there iany way to add the reference link once a member is registered on the site. Only option could be to ask the webmasters to delete the account from Techulator database and then re register on the site using your referral link.
    Please note that if your friend creates another account while the current one exists on the site, it will be an issue of multiple ID is an offence.

    I have informed the Webmasters. If there is an option, such as removal & re-registration as suggested by Timmappa, they will let you know. Please wait for their response.

    I contacted the Webmasters. Unfortunately, nothing can be done now. Just your bad luck, sorry. Henceforth, what I suggest is that when you give the referral link, tell him/her to browse TEC later and first just join through your link. What I think could have happened is that the referral may have clicked on your link, but instead of joining right away, spent time looking at the various sections, may have gone offline, then come back later and simply registered, clean forgetting about your referral link!
