    Doesn't techulator announce MOW award each week?

    I really want to know how to get MOW award and does techulator announce this award each week?
    As new member i also want to show what i really got ;). im asking this because last anouncement of MoW was till 6th sept only

    The member of the week award is announced for every week. But, the announcement does not come strictly at the end of the week. As of now, two MOW awards are pending for announcement - from 7th Sep to 13th Sep and 14th Sep to 20th Sep. The third week is ending today - 21st Sep to 27th Sep.
    The pending awards will be announced soon. If any posts from the members are pending for review for the particular period, we normally (not necessarily) wait till they are reviewed before anouncing the award.
    As for your query on how to get this award, there isn't any shortcut. Just come up with quality content each week and you may end up winning one for you.

    The criteria of winning of MOW award is securing the maximum number of points by contributing in several sections of Techulator.
    Generally it is the overall contribution which brings in good amount of traffic to the site as well.

    I'm sure some of us like you are impatient to know the weekly winner! It can't be helped though if there is a delay. It is only fair to wait till the members' posts are reviewed before announcing the award winner.

    ok, do we get this award even when its not announced? atleast the winner the gets the award for each week as the week overs?

    There is no such thing as a non-announcement of an award or crediting an award without an announcement. There is one Webmaster (or an editor) who announces the awards and another who credits the cash for the award based on the type of award. As mentioned, you need not worry if the week gets over or even the month. Sometimes a TOW award may be announced a few weeks later also. If at all nobody is eligible for the TOW (something that has not yet happened till today!), then also we will be informed for sure through an announcement.

    You will get to know who is the winner for the particular week as and when the awards are announced. The official announcement is always made in the forum section via a new thread. None of us - including the editors - will be aware of who the winner is until the announcement is made.

And even now I think you have understood about the MOW awards on Techulator, I wish to see some contributions from your side so that you can also be selected as the winner of MOW.
