    A Query Regarding AE Section

I have posted a few questions so far in the AE section seeking some expert advice. My posts were all related to my personal problems and I was really not knowing myself what to do. Most of them were duly solved but incidentally somehow my recent questions didn't receive any answers.

On the other hand, being with Techulator for a long time now, I have myself advised many new members to post their technical queries in AE section, whenever I found one being raised in the Forum.

Now I am in a quandary, whether we can discuss any technical stuff in the forum, if things do not get solved through the AE section.

Now I need expert answers here too.

I would completely support your suggestion Anwesha. It would be great yo discuss them in the Forum section so as to get instant replies as the Forum section is the most active section of Techulator. I hope to see the reply of Tony sir.

AE Section earns people some value and points at the same time. So it is better to post your questions there. I understand that you are not likely to get lot of answers for every question. However you may get few answers that solves your problem. Internet often moves at slow pace and sometimes at very fast pace. You're not going to get activity all the time though. Don't give up that easily though.

    Just my 2 cents.

There should be no issues with discussing the technical questions here on the forum. But, since the questions and responses carry cash benefits in the AE section, it would be more helpful for the members.
But technically speaking, you can continue to discuss the topic here in the forum.

    Anwesha,
In case it is something really urgent for which you need quick guidance, I think what you could do is to post a forum thread requesting for advice, with a direct link to the Ask Expert page where you posted the query. Since most of us do visit the forum at least once when we log in, your request thread will likely grab the attention of somebody who would be able to help out with your problem.

    Regards,
    Vandana

    Anwesha,
The suggestion given by Vandana is also a great choice to get good attention for your questions if you really need. As mostly all us visits the Forum section everyday to know the current affairs of the site.

Anwesha, if you really need the resolution of your problems in an urgency, you may post a link to your question here in the forum section as Vandana has suggested.
Also try sharing your question on social media so that non members get to know about the queries. But, posting the question here itself instead of on Ask Experts section would not be advisable.

Ask Expert section has really lost its pace and activeness. Don't worry Anwesha, I will be again working in the AE section soon so that I can try my best to help all the members with a proper solution. And also it will be great if Timmappa Kamat could join me. We both are enough to again make the Ask Expert section the most active section again.

I am sorry to state that I would never respond to an AE question that I have no knowledge about. Even after searching for the information on the Internet, I would want to understand the concept myself better before I can explain it to anyone else. I have seen a couple of questions by Anwesha, but since it was beyond my capacity to respond to them, I just left them rather than coming up with some vague answers.
By the way, this thread is about posting questions in the forum than in AE section. Let us stick to the topic, please.

PS- The Ask Expert section is as active as it has always been. Good thing is there are many new members coming up with some truly amazing set of knowledge with them!

Now that I have been clarified from all my doubts and queries by all the useful responses from the members, I request to lock this thread for more of them.
