Yes, you can associate your existing AdSense account with Techulator.com provided it is a non-host account. If you have a hosted account, you will not be able to associate it & will not get earnings from your contributions to this site.
To associate your account, you have to go to this page: AdSense Revenue Sharing [you can see this page after log in as a member and this page is available via your Dashboard page under the heading of Revenue Settings.]. It is also advisable to go through the Help topics related to AdSense here: Google AdSense.
