Fix 404 error page in the help section.

I found an 404 error page in the help section while trying to register on the site.

http://www.techulator.com/help/2710.aspx
- The "Register" hyperlink is "http://www.techulator.com/register/ " instead of "http://www.techulator.com/members/Register.aspx "

Error pages are serious problems in the eyes of Google, i request the admin to fix error pages as soon as possible.
