    Hi Brajamohan panda,

It is a format for delivering web content for dynamic web sites.Expansion of the RSS is 'Really Simple Syndication.

Many news-related sites, Blogs and other online publishers group their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it.

web users around the world use RSS feeds to keep track of their favourite websites.
Old days web users Bookmark their favorite site and visit regularly. If there is no updates in that website, that's time wasting one for the users .
Now RSS feeds developed.so that users can easily get their favorite sites updates using RSS feed Softwares, when there is the update in the site content.
