    Answering own question in AE



    I have answered my own questions because no one answered them after so many days. In the meantime, I came to know the right answers from other sites. I hope, no one will consider it as spam. Here is a Forum thread regarding this issue - Can I answer my own AE questions .

    If you are doing it with genuine intentions, they won't be considered spam. However, when you answer your own questions, it is a good idea to mention that you discovered the answers and you are sharing it for the benefit of others. That way, it won't look strange when others see that you are asking and answering yourself.

    Yes, that would never be considered as a spam as nobody answered them and in the meanwhile time you got the answers to your own question at that time your own questions becomes a new question to you like of any other member for posting your valuable and quality response to them so as it will help the other members on Techulator who are not knowing the answers for those questions as we help the same way in the Ask Expert section

    And the good thing to be noted is you, yourself started a new thread for it so as to make other members aware of the issues so as they will not take it in a wrong way and they will not post their answers to their own questions knowingly. Even I have also seen the latest thread in the Forum which is stated by Bandana and it also describes that how the member make their question anonymous and then they reply to their own questions knowingly. Here it becomes a wrong thing or spam but what you did is absolutely correct and valid.

    Carlos , don't you think you are contradicting your own views or statements? This reminds me of another member who used to do so. You picked an argument with Muddassir on the same issue in another thread and you are praising and supporting here in this thread.
    Please go through all the threads carefully before commenting on them.
