Cannot access Dashboard

I cannot access my dashboard or other details. What I mean is on clicking my name at top right corner just beside SIGN OUT, I am not getting the drop down list. Is it happening only with me or is there any other member facing the similar issue?

UPDATE- Issue resolved after resetting Chrome. It must be an issue with my Chrome.
