Yes, I noticed it just now. Is there any specific reason for the same? It should only mean some of your already reviewed content to has been reviewed again and might have been given less credit. But since you have already been paid out, it is appearing as negative.
One more explanation could be one or more of your content might have been moved to Pending. Check your profile under contributions tab and that may give evidence you some sort of solution.

When we announced the payment last time, we paid a bit extra to you to make it a round figure. We usually pay out a lower amount to make it round figure but considering your reputation with us, we decided to pay a bit extra to make it round figure. That resulted in negative balance, which is normal.

The profile mentioned by Muddasir above has certain issues that led to huge negative balance. We do not want to mention the reason publicly since it involves some privacy concerns for the said member.

Yes, I also checked the profile mentioned by Muddasir above. It shows the payment of the user is Rs. -3163.00 which means a huge negative balance. That's a good catch Muddasir bro.
