A little doubt about payment

I know that we need to submit invoice for payment. Is there any condition that the invoice needs to be handwritten and then uploaded? Can it be filled on the PC itself? If it is to be handwritten, I will need to download the invoice, print it, fill it up and then upload it to the payment section. Or will it be sufficient to download it, fill it up on the PC and submit to the corresponding page?

You can edit the word document, fill all the details on your computer and upload again. No need to print and scan.

Since the issue has been resolved, I dont think there is any need to bump into this old thread. Tony sir has already informed me the same.
