Can I submit a review on a particular product for which a review is already posted?

I just want to write a review on a particular product. But while searching on Techulator, I have found that someone already written that review. My question is whether any policy prevails here whether duplicate review need not be posted or something like that. I am expecting your valuable reply. Thanks.

If your review is significantly different the existing ones and adds value, you can share your review.

Are you asking about writing a review as an article? In the product review section I don't think we should submit a product which has already been submitted by another member as the details would be the same & would thus be a duplication of content.
