Is there any problem in Article section?

I submitted my article with html tags (heading and bold) but it is not getting converted as heading or bold. Is something wrong with the website? Also I submitted article with above 350 words but when I check it is only 250 words. I am facing issue in the below article.

I have corrected the html problem. You had changed some settings in the advanced options.

I too faced some problem while trying to write an article using resource section. But after scrutiny, I have found that problem is unchecking two columns in the resource section. I corrected it and every thing appear perfect. So the point is there is no problem with the website. We should try to know more about this wonderful place.

Is there any problem in Article section?
