Not able to post in Forum section

I am not able to post response in Forum section when I try to do so than I am getting a page which is showing about an error which is also mentioned below:

An error occurred.

An error occurred.
Please try to access the feature again by pressing the back button on the browser.

Error information has been sent to the Techulator.com team.

I would like to know why this is happening and respected editors of the Forum section are requested to go through this issue as soon as possible.

This problem occurs to you mostly when you are using slow internet I was also facing the same problem just follow these steps and your this problem might be solved-
1. Try to change your browser- If you are using any browser like Opera, IE or any other such browser try to change your browser. Use Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox because these two are the best browsers.
2. Close all the tab and start again by opening a new tab or try to disconnect your internet and connect it again.
3. Wait for some time, there may be some sort of problem with your Internet Service Provider. Just try to login after some time.
Hope this may solve your problem.
