Posting article about same topic that already exist in techulator

I would like to know that what happen if an article about a mobile like Moto E is already written by a member and on the same way another member trying to write about the same topic Moto E but different angle of view of his own with good English.
That article will be accepted or not?
If not so why ?

Yes, such articles will be accepted but only when the second article contains more information than the first one not if its contains less or same information than the previous just like the upgrades in the Android versions.

Yes, you can write articles in same topic like Moto E. But content should be not same as previous content , otherwise your artocle may be reject.
