Best ADSL2 + wifi modem

I want to buy a ADSL2 + wifi modem.
I am having 3 floor house and I am setting up my wifi modem on ground floor and want to access wifi on 3rd floor.

So please suggest me the best ADSL2 + wifi modem with good range and speed as well.

My budget is Rs. 4,000/-
