Members joined during a specific period didn't get the permission to that section by default. That was a bug in our system, which we fixed eventually. However, people who joined during that period remained without the necessary permissions.
I have configured your profile and have given the necessary permissions.
Please let me know if you face any other issues or concerns in techulator.
