    Window 7 File in Local Cache can be deleted of not

    I have seen some file with number from 0 to 9 and A to F

    In 1 I get following file names
    C:\Users\anyusername\AppData\Local\cache\data7\1
    1u06raxa.d
    similar other more files

    Please guide what are this files

    Windows cache is not deleted because some files are in use in background process. So, it causes an error while deleting your caches in your system.
