Those websites you specified in the thread are legit. However, Laaptu.com is not a "Free Messaging site". Way2sms is an free messaging site, with thosands of users around the globe. Like that Laaptu is a simple mobile reacharge site where you can play and earn knowledge and reacharges.
In my opinion these are legit and I had too tried it. Laaptu will reacharge your mobile when you cross the minimum level like 10 rupees.
