I check the issue and found that it is true. I think as Techulator mostly focuses on technology and other related topics, this sub category was not added.
Please wait for webmasters response. He will be definitely tell you the reason and add the sub category if found necessary.
Till then keep contributing to AE section and Forum section.

There are some categories which will not show Sub categories and instead you will see "Error". In such cases just leave the main category to "Show all categories" and select the parent category from the "Choose a category" drop down.
This is because we have not created any sub categories for some Parent categories and therefore it is showing error. We are not sure now what will be the right sub categories to add there that is why it has not been added.
