Article Contest: Best budget Smartphones for 2014

We are organizing another article contest in Techulator. Take a look at the "Computers & Smart Devices" categories in the resources section and write articles accordingly.

Last date to submit articles for review is, 15th June 2014. Contest starts now itself (27th May 2014).

Members can post any number of articles as entries to this contest. Only fresh entry will be eligible for this contest.

Each product you mention in the article should have links to the appropriate product page of its official site. For example, Samsung official site and its relevant URL for Samsung Galaxy Duos star Smartphone.

Articles must be posted into relevant categories in the resources section. After posting the resource, a link to the resource must be posted below as a response, so that our reviewers will find the articles to check and evaluate.

Up to 5 winners will be selected based on the quality and merit of the articles.

Each winning article will receive Rs 300 cash credits. (All articles will be given some cash credits based on the merit of the article. Winning entries will get an extra Rs 200).

Note: Budget Smartphone, it means any brand Smartphones that introduced or launched in year 2014 with average price ranging from Rs 4000 to ~~Rs 8000~~ Rs 9000.

We recommend Tech topics, however, articles on a wide range of Smartphones will be accepted. You may try to avoid topics like iPhone, China Phone, Tablet PC etc. for this topic and contest. You may ask us in response for the title / topic as suggestion, we will help you on this.

I think there are no budget windows phones available within Rs 4000 to Rs 8000.

There are few budget Windows phone available within price range stated above. For example, HTC Trophy Windows Black - Rs 7000, Samsung Focus i917 - 8GB Windows Mobile 7.5 - Rs 8000 and Nokia Lumia 520 "Black" is Rs 7999.

Could you elaborate on this a little more please?
If I write an article on 5 smartphones, linking them to their respective manufacturer's websites would create an external link on this website, is that allowed?

Also, is it mandatory?

You can create a text link rather than an HTML link. As the guidelines for this contest state as such, yes, it is mandatory to do so.

@ Amit, other than the suggestion of "Webmaster" as stated above, you can write five separate articles (500+ words) and give one link for each article or write few separate combined articles and give one or two relevant official links as well, issue will not arise.
