I suggest you to focus on the Ask Experts and Forum for some time. Once you prove your talent in those sections, we will consider giving access to other sections.

It is ideal friend to really go through the rules and regulations guiding this site. Breaking any rule here means that one will be restricted from doing certain things on this site.
I believed that the response of the webmaster is a good one and will encourage you to take it in good faith.

First of all I would suggest you to read the guidelines and help topics of this site. You are strictly prohibited to use any copy content into this site. It may cause you restriction from different section. My suggestion is that if you have been restricted in some section because of breaking some rules then work in Ask Experts and Forum section as suggested by Tony Sir. Use proper Grammar and spelling and show your talent that you can write good article. After some times when you feel like you are ready to write articles again request in the Forum for permission.

My personal suggestion would be to go for Tony Sir's advice and start contributing in the Ask Experts and the forum section.
The ask expert section pays you well if you contribute high quality, detailed and error free answers to the AE question.
