Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tips for my blog on blogger

I have created a blog last week and I have posted article on seven topics which are based on Mobile Reviews and other tricks. But I am always getting less amount of views on every of my blog post it is just 20-30 views per blog post. And whenever I searched my blog on any of the search engine (Google, Bing or yahoo) I didn't find my blog post anywhere. So please tell that how can I make my blog appear in the search engine my SEO.
