Google buys Artificial intelligence company Deepmind
Google has pulled off yet another acquisition. This time it has targeted a 2-year old AI (artificial intelligence) start-up called Deepmind. It is believed that the acquisition cost was around 400 pounds. Deepmind is a London-based artificial intelligence company that has specialization in machine learning, advanced algorithms and system neuroscience. Google's chief executive Larry Page is believed to have carried out this deal with Deepmind. This acquisition will improve Google's strength in the AI space.
