Hello,
I understand that the online affiliate programs of Amazon and Flipkart are some of the best offered in India. After Amazon's entry into Indian market last year, Flipkart also increased their commission rates for affiliate programs. I even read a good article written by Tony John at Techulator on the affiliate programs of Flipkart and Amazon.
So far I do not have any personal experiences with these affiliate programs.

I joined flipkart affiliate program just before two years. I don't have a website/blog which is capable to create sales through that affiliate program. But I tried this by my self. When I purchase items from flipkart I used my affiliate link. So from my experience they are providing accurate details about traffic and purchases and I am satisfied with their affiliate program.

I've been using Amazon and FK affiliate links on my blogs as well and so far have received some conversions.
Although, I've not yet reached their payment threshold but I believe their stats are genuine.

Amazon and Flipkart are the online affiliate programs offered in India. At first Flipkart was only one online affiliate programs offered website. But when Amazon entered into this field, it has to make itself according to the situation. It increased its commission according to the condition to get popularity. It also increased its field of services.
At first its field was limited to some limited products. When any person purchases items from flipkart and Amazon, they provide accurate details about traffic and purchases. It makes their affiliators satisfied with their affiliate program.
