Is Bigrock good for buying a Domain name? Which will be the best?

Hello members,

Can you tell me will the Bigrock be good to buy a domain name for blog/website? If not which is the best site of domain seller? I want to buy a domain name for my blog. Give your valuable suggestions here.

For just domain name BigRock is good. However, with coupons you will find GoDaddy to be much cheaper.

Yes, BigRock will be better just for having a domain as said by Ankit. But when it comes to reliability, there are better options like Register, PDR, eNom, GoDaddy, moniker, Namecheap etc. If you want quick service you can go for GoDaddy or even BigRock if you need a local registrar.

Each domain seller have their own offer which differs little bit while you pay/purchase initially, later or during domain expiry the amount will be differ than what you paid in the beginning. Some is better than other comparatively with their different offers. However, you can either go with Bigrock or GoDaddy, I feel GoDaddy is far better than all others. It is depend on your overall website/blog requirement.

Priyabrata Das, Bigrock is indeed one of the best domain registrars in India. It is not only popular in India but also majority of their products are priced reasonable. You can wait for their promos where you can get huge discounts on new domain registrations. Alternately you can even try using their coupon codes to get discounts on domain registrations and other products.

Bigrock is good but you can prefer other registrar also like godaddy, name.com. Godaddy provides promocode so that you can get domain in very less price. It offers promocode for renewals, transfer also so godaddy is cheap. Otherwise you can prefer name.com also, it gives free privacy with coupon code.

If a domain investor spends money with a Reseller registrar, in India, this investor will suddenly have a number of fake "customers" who will claim to have made payment to the domain investor for the domains. Unfortunately many internet companies will support these fake "customers" who cannot provide any proof of payment.

In my opinion Bigrock is much better and cheaper for registering your domains. Nowadays you can register your .com domain for just Rs. 99 from Bigrock. In Godaddy it's Rs. 163. So if you only want to register a domain purchase it from Bigrock and associate it with your website within minutes.
