How to get passwords in ISC site if a member/user has forgotten it?

Hi,

I would like to raise this question on how to get passwords in the main ISC site if the user remembers his/her user_id and not able to get his/her password.

Also if the email_id has changed without his/her knowledge than what was given earlier to the ISC site.

There is an option "Forgot Password" but the user does not receive any notification as to what the new password is because the notification does not come to mail which he/she has registered here in ISC.

Hope, editors or techies will respond to this thread.

The mail does come to your email account using the Forget password feature. If you are not able to access it then you should contact Tony sir who can reset your password.

You can get your passwords and account log-in name by using your email account.

Hi Manu,

You can ask the same in the forum section of ISC itself by starting a thread over there. However password recovery process is same in all the group websites of the Spider and the ISC site and the process is already mentioned by webmaster in this thread.
