Hello adrien,
To get your Google Adsense account you must meet any five conditions listed below:
1) Profile details with Address updated,
2) Minimum 10 valid articles approved,
3) Achieved GOLD Level (500 points will give you Gold Level),
4) Received at least 1 prize,
5) Member Active for 6 months+,
6) Profile photo uploaded & verified.
You can apply for Google Adsense account as soon as you meet any five conditions mentioned above.
To check these conditions you can click on your dashboard link and then click on View Adsense Profile which is present in Revenue Settings.
The approval of Google Adsense account will be done by Google and Techulator is only a platform through which you apply for it.
At present you should concentrate on Techulator.com and earn more points and cash credits. So you have to set your first target of earning 500 points so that you complete the Gold level. Next you should keep on writing articles as much as you can. Also participate in ask experts section where you can earn cash credits and points.

I think you should wait for some more time and then apply for adsense account. Try to meet the required requirements as soon as possible to get approved adsense account.

I think you need to wait for some more time. Then you request to the webmaster regarding this issue. He will view your profile. Then he will suggest you what should you have to do further.
