Hello Adrien,
If a member of Techulator.com earns Rs. 1000 as cash credits then only the payment will be announced. Suppose, if a member of Techulator.com earns Rs. 1000 in the month of March then the payment will be announced on 1st of April.
The intimation will be delivered to your cash credit's page only if your cash credits are Rs. 1000 or more. After logging in to Techulator.com click on your name which is at top right corner of the screen and a drop down box will appear. Now click on View Profile and then click on "Gift and Awards". If your payment is announced then you will see the intimation of payment on that page.
You will get your payment for sure and our webmaster will have to consider the options like PayPal or any other. If you are comfortable with PayPal then you can receive money through it.
Right now your current balance is just Rs. 129. So when it reaches Rs. 1000 you can ask about further process of receiving money.
