Need suggestions for an article

Dear members,

I want to write an article that 'How to grow your twitter network'. For this, I am 90% ready. But the 10% is that In which category can I submit this article. Is the category of blogging and websites suitable for this article? Also, in this article, I want to mention a website which enhances the twitter followers to grow ones twitter network. Now the question is that am I allowed to post the details of that website under the rules and regulations of techulator?
So please guide me through the correct details to help me to develop a traffic generating article.

I think that the category of blogging and websites will be the best suited to your article. I do not think that there should be any bar for mentioning the website in your article unless you give a direct link to that website in your article. Secondly, we can mention other websites in our articles as long as they are relevant to enhance the quality of our articles.
