Even linking to sites providing copyrighted content illegally is a voilation of laws and Adsense guidelines. If somebody complains against such sites they can get their Adsense disabled.

Even if you did not upload, still it will be illegal since you are promoting piracy. Any kind of promotion of illegal activities will be considered as illegal activity only.

Providing links to download movies that have been uploaded by someone else is not correct. It is unethical and if someone complains against you, your google adsense account might get disabled as well as your website might lose credibility. Also, one must take into account the issue of piracy, while uploading or sharing download links of any movies.

It is Illegal but you can Earn a Lot for some time until someone files a DMCA Complaint against you. Dont worry you will not go to jail just your blog or site will be Blocked.

Actually you can go to jail too! If the music copyright owners decide to purse the case in courts then it is completely possible that you can go to jail.

There have been many such cases I have read about in US courts but haven't heard this happening in India. It just might be that it never came in papers but I have a friend who got a legal case on him just for copying a small part of an article.

Yaa that is definitely illegal. As said by the webmaster, if the company whose rules are you going to violate, start a case in your name, then there is a great possibility for you to go behind the bar. So, avoid them.
