    How to bypass Administrator setting in Networking

    Hello Dear

    I want to Access all website in my University and I want to bypass default setting so kindly tell me how can i bypass the administrator setting please provide full guidelines for these matter. The Institute block most of website and I do not have permission to access the website, they block hotspot, Torrent download services all these thing. they also block some option of ISC so when i click the posting option its page say access dined.
    Kindly if some can solve these problem please provide the solution.

    I think you dont need any application or you dont need to hijack any setting of your college computer links. Just visit google and search for free proxy sites. You will get a result including alot of free proxy sites. Visit any of that site and in that site you can see an option which enable you for the searching. Write the url of the website which you want to visit and enter to your world. Thats all. Reply if it works.
