    My Laptop battery making problem




    Hi Members,
    Two days before i got problem in my battery. It is not getting into charge on my laptop. I am using Compaq 610 model laptop in my home. If the charger connected means lap is working. If the charger disconnected means laptop getting switched off. Why it is happening in my lap. What was the real problem and what was the solution for that problem. Please share your thoughts over here.

    I think your battery may be damaged. Go to customer service and tell your problem about battery. Or buy a new battery and replace. But if your battery has warranty there is no problem and no extra charge.

    how much years old your laptop? if your laptop is older (1.5-2 yr.)then mostly cases battery are normally weak . if your laptop new and having warranty period then should be changed Compaq showroom easily.

    In most of cases like this it may happen becauses of the problem in battery. To resolve this try to contact one who doing laptop repairs. Dont just replace your laptop battery. Some times in may happen due to problem in circuit and some times it may happen because of problem faced by the charger. So contact a service center befor doing anything.

    My laptop is 3.5 years old. So only it would be got weak. Can you provide me some of the battery rates for my laptop. It is Compaq 610 model.

    As you say that your laptop is more than 3 years old, then your battery surely have good weak. Generally batteries does not last such longer. You will need to buy new one. Rate of a laptop battery is generally between 1000 INR to 2000 INR. You can get the battery from a local service center of computers but I'll suggest you to make a call to your manufacturer that is compaq and tell them the problem. They will resolve all your queries and you can also buy a new battery from them. You can find the contact number at the official site of compaq.

    Thank you for suggesting the way to my problem. Can you provide some good quality battery power resumptions. Many variety of batteries are there. In that, which will provide more life.
