    How to use nokia mobile phone to connect to internet in PC

    Every Multimedia Nokia Mobile Phone can be used as Modem, which can be used to connect to the Internet in PC.

    But before knowing the actual Trick and Tutorial let us clear some basic concepts.

    What is Modem ?
    Simply a Modem is A device which help us to connect through the World Wide Web or Internet. A Telephone is also a modem.
    Here we are discussing about Mobile as Modem, in this your Mobile Phone is modem which you will connect to your PC to Access Internet through your Computer. While your Mobile is used as Modem you will not get Incoming calls because your Phone is already in use, as modem but now days mobile manufacturers make mobile such that your Chances to get an Incoming call could be 60%.

    Things Required to Connect to Internet through a Nokia Mobile
    1. A Nokia Multimedia Mobile Phone :- with EDGE, GPRS and/or 3G/4G/UMTS Connectivity and Inbuilt Modem support
    2. An USB Datacable :- To Connect your Nokia Mobile and Computer
    3. Nokia PC Suite Software or OVI Suite , Download PC Suite from This Softpedia Link and Download OVI Suite from This CNET Link

    Nokia PC Suite or OVI Suite ?
    Depending on mobile you can use either PC Suite or OVI Suite, to check whether your Mobile Supports Nokia PC Suite or OVI Suite Connect your mobile to PC through Datacable now a Menu will Appear which also have Option Nokia PC Suite Mode or OVI Connect or similar to them.
    If it says Nokia PC Suite than use PC Suite
    or If it says OVI Connect than use OVI Suite

    Installation and Setup
    1. Download and Install Nokia PC Suite or OVI Suite
    2. Connect your mobile to PC through Datacable and select Nokia PC Suite Mode or OVI Connect or similar to them in your Mobile when asked.
    3. Wait for while until all drivers are Installed
    4. Now Open PC Suite or OVI Suite
    5. Click on Connect to the internet Icon(Looks like Green Color Globe)
    6. Select your Country than Operator and Click on connect
    That's it!! Your Computer has been now connected to internet

    Please Note:- You must have to Subscribe an Internet Plan Before connecting to the internet.

    It is very simple process for connection between mobile with PC. If you want to use your Nokia phones as modem for internet use there are basically two method for connection
    (1)USB cable
    (2)Blue tooth
    First go to this website http://www.nokia.com/in-en/support/downloads/ for website download Nokia PC Suite by entering your model number. After completion of download install that software in your PC. Connect your Nokia Phones with PC through USB cable or blue tooth. After success full connection it will ask for pin enter same pin in mobile and PC. Go to setting and change country and service operator from drop down menu. If you are not able to find your operator name select others and enter manual setting. Clik on connect now it will connect your PC to Internet.

    Your information is cool. This is a easy process. But by connecting internet from nokia mobile to PC through PC suite it is not au all fast as compared to the modem or net setter. This information will help others who don't know how to use.

    All information about connecting internet using Nokia mobile is coll. But not at all These Nokia PC suite, OVI suites are not necessarily used. There is another method to connect internet through Nokia mobile. Follow Below Steps :
    1. Go To Network and Sharing Center
    2. Click on Set up New connection or network
    3. Click on Connect to internet
    4. Select Dial-up option
    5. In that First dialog box Dial-up phone number : *99#
    6. Leave empty user name and password sections
    7. In Connection Name Section .......Which Operator you used just type that operator access point name.
    8. Now Click on Connect after click on skip option
    9. Now your Connection is ready to connect internet through your Nokia mobile Without Pc suite,Ovi Suite.
    10. To connect internet just click on System tray icon list internet or system symbol one pop is come.
    11. In that your connection is Present
    12. Now Right click on that Connection and Click on Connect.
    13. It will connect to your mobile modem and you get internet successfully.
