    Modern generation of Windows have facilities of "Hibernate" In this latest s version of Windows, saves your work to memory, and then puts your computer into a power-saving state.
    Step to put your computer into hibernation,

    Click the Start button, then click on turn off, then click Hibernate.

    Hybrid sleep is turned off by default on mobile PCs. use hibernation when you know that you would not t use your mobile PC opportunity to charge the battery during that time.

    Hibernet feature in windows will help you to keep all your running programs with current state. When you will start your system next time, you will see where you were last time. This is very good feature in widows.
