Which is the best laptop according to specification for working office work under 40000?

There are many laptops available in the market in the price range Rs 35000 to 45000. Some of them are around Rs 45000 but the online megastores like Amazon and others are giving a significant discount on them and they are available for less than Rs 40000.
I have gone through many models and have shortlisted one laptop as below -

Dell Inspiron 3593, 15.6-inch FHD Laptop (10th Gen Core i3-1005G1), RAM 8GB, 1TB HDD, Windows 10 Home + MS Office, Intel HD Graphics, and Colour is Platinum Silver.

It claims seamless multitasking, full HD anti-glare display, Intel HD graphics, high storage etc.

You can purchase HP brand laptops with i3 and i7 Processor as it is coming at the price of around 40K and with good performance and is lightweight. As per my experience, my organization is using 100% HP laptop at the PAN India level and it is working perfectly. We prefer to buy the HP laptop models like HP240 G5, HP240G6. RAM in the laptop should be a minimum of 8GB. This is a cost-effective and long-life product. Secondly, you can buy Lenovo laptops but the performance is not good as HP. Dell is also another option but Dell laptops are costlier with similar performance to HP Laptops. As per cost comparison with any other brands, HP is the best option for laptops.
