Battery is an important part of the mobile phone. A new smartphone battery works for years before it requires replacement since it stops charging or discharges quickly. My question is that if I keep a new battery with me and do not use it then up to what time it remains usable by charging it and keeping it in a mobile phone. In other words I want to know what is the shelf life of a new battery. Till what time I can put it in use?
